  • Review existing buildings to consult with design
  • Review construction documents for all aspects of quality, cost, efficiency and conformity to the clients' standards
  • Submit drawings to the building department for plan review and track progress

Construction
  • Coordinate and negotiate all vendor services and budgets
  • Put together all schedules
  • Continue to review the current design criteria to establish efficiencies and buying discounts, etc.
  • Coordinate the construction of the project

Post-Construction
  • Walk through establish punch list
  • Obtain final inspections and Certificate of Occupancy
  • Summarize project budgets, actual costs and approved change orders
