Pre-Construction- We work with our clients to minimize costs, maintain quality, develop and control schedules, etc.
- Review existing buildings to consult with design
- Review construction documents for all aspects of quality, cost, efficiency and conformity to the clients' standards
- Submit drawings to the building department for plan review and track progress
Construction- Coordinate and negotiate all vendor services and budgets
- Put together all schedules
- Continue to review the current design criteria to establish efficiencies and buying discounts, etc.
- Coordinate the construction of the project
Post-Construction- Walk through establish punch list
- Obtain final inspections and Certificate of Occupancy
- Summarize project budgets, actual costs and approved change orders
